Okay another big button padded empi steering wheel. Missing the obvious. The hornbutton push is clean and I do have the inner guts but missing the piece that goes from the steering wheel base to the hornbutton guts but that can be easily made. This was actually an original wood steering wheel not the leather wrapped one but the wood was just destroyed so I removed it with plans to just wrap it nicely with foam and glue it to the steering wheel and wrap it with a leather steering wheel wrap.
