Hi, I have a 3 point kafer bar, but I also have a semi auto starter motor
But have read online elsewhere, that the 2 may not fit..?

Can anyone confirm? Otherwise I'll have to find a good standard 12v starter.

Can't answer that Tom but you should have no trouble trading the semi auto one as they are hard to find.

I'd just mock it up and see before getting to excited -- -- I run the auto starter in the ghia and it spins the 2989 real easy -- -- the auto starters are usually available at any auto parts store here in the US
