Just the springs and the chrome moly retainers are worth quiet a bit and very good security if you add a cam with a bit more punch and lift.
Now it does not hurt if you either port a bit yourself or get someone to do it. The exhaust will do wonders if cleaned up.
This is just showing the potential, they work fine as is on a renovated stock engine.
At the seat on 37 mm coil compression you have 140 lbs i.e. 67 kg
On the nose if you run to max lift with 26 mm coil compression and 1,5-2 mm from coil bind, you have 275 lbs i.e. 130 kg.
So 11 mm lift is max.
