I'm not familiar with sanctioning bodies around European nations but how many of them locally recognise SS/VX as a part of NHRA stock/super stock classes ?
Does anyone have a vague guess of the number of racers participating this class in their country if it exists or is is this purely happening on the other side of big pond?

I have seen that class in the UK but no beetle running . In germany we have no super stock class. We run Proet

I think the UK version of Super Stock is Nostalgia Super Stock, as seen at Dragstalgia, which I'm pretty sure is only open to front engined V8 leaf sprung cars.

Yeah, they don't like VWs in our Nostalgia classes here much either!
