My '56 is converted to 12V with a 1641cc "F" engine in it. I'm planning to build a 1200cc with an Okrasa-kit for it.
The 1200cc is from the late 50ies with a solid generator-mount. Is there a 12V flywheel that will fit the old engine without too much modification?

Appreciate any tips.

If the engine you're planning to build is based on a late-1950s 30bhp type, then the later flywheel as shown won't fit the crank.
Your simplest option is to run the original 30-horse flywheel with a six volt starter (to match the flywheel) on 12 volts. Or get your 6v starter/solenoid rewound to suit 12v.

DPR has built a few 200mm 12v flywheels with the 36hp crank flange for land speed racers. I don't know of any off the shelf solutions.

If I remember correctly, the 6v starter motor will work if you swap the solenoid for a 12v.
