1 week until the start of the GCVWS festivities...1/4 mile drag racing at Mission Raceway...

the DVKK Strip Show, the Zündfolge Car Club & AVR sponsored Stock Motor Challenge (SMC), plus street legal drag racing open to any and all air-cooled & water-cooled VWs!!

next saturday...August 20th...is going to be an amazing day...pancake breakfast...all VW cruise...

...plus the very special 25th annual Great Canadian VW Show birthday bash at Open Road VW!!

this is a family friendly event and everyone is invited!! the kids can meet the real life Herbie the Love Bug, with Herbie movies playing on the big screen, a bouncy castle to play in and a fire truck to play on too...plus live bands, a bbq, beach volleyball, beer gardens...plus much, much more!!

it's an event you dont want to miss! we'll see you all there!!

How could we make our upcoming 25th Birthday Bash on Aug 20th any better? Why not include "The Hip"!

The final concert of the Tragically Hip's summer tour will be broadcast and streamed live at Open Road on CBC.

trophies for the SMC 2016 (Stock Motor Challenge)...

the only way to win one of these super custom one-off trophies is to come out and race in the SMC this Friday August 19th at 430pm at Mission Raceway...

show up early, gates open at 430pm and it's going to be packed!!

if you're racing be sure to bring long pants, a tshirt & closed toed shoes. if you're spectating ask to park in the pits with all the other vws!!

it's going to be awesome!! we'll see you all there!!
