I haven't seen or heard anything about Dave and his car in a long time, I wonder what's up? Love that car.
Dave's doin well, I stopped by his place last night. Most of his time is going into his Porsche restoration right now. He still has the '67 in the garage and it's still blistering fast (fastest car I've ever been in).

looking great Peter That looks fantastic Peter. seems to head in a nice direction there Peter. how about this for motivation: get it ready for EBI, drive it there and go to the camping place you were at at EBI1… they have fantastic pizza and chilled chimay beer that goes nicely with it. Thanks guys. I really cant wait to get it on the road. I will never forget the camping place Nicolas. What a lovely welcome. EBI is my target. If I can get the time off.

Not a true cal look, but my 68 (June 7 2014) keep an eye out for any obvious parts. The header could be one of them. 2332 48 ida Jeff Denham heads 1 7/8 sidewinder I built cb 2213 .689 lift 10.5:1 on pump gas

The first time its seen the light after three years of restoration. That looks super nice Yes, go on! Tell us more Peter! It started off with the usual rotten 6 inches needing replaced. I spent a Winter welding/fabricating. I handed it to Donald at DTH who carried on with the fabrication and fettling to his usual very high standard. His next door neighbour Jerry Longden painted it Flint Grey (great straight finish) and his neighbour Scot did the fat biscuit interior. These guys were in back to back units. I built the motor and Udo kindly shared his knowledge on the jetting. It purrs. My amazing wife Heather did the headliner. IMHO its proper 70s
