does anybody know the colour code of the middle section of original EMPI 5 Spokes?

not entirely true. you both had them raw (unpainted, look sandblasted) and painted grey (similar color, but finish is smoother) no paintcode to help you, sorry. same goes for 8 spokes.

and  from an original add from empi for the emp5 with porsche pattern ...so that should be the right color your are looking after

the best should be that you find someone who have one NOS and doing a color scan research

We recently did this set of 8 spokes at Custommotorbodies,
 if this colour suits you I'll dig out the code tomorrow at work.
We used a satin clear over base.

Nice looking 8 spokes..!!  In the day (70's), I remember using semi flat paint for whatever wheel restorative color desired, and was always a spot on match up to the original wheel color.

I would say they added much more aluminum to the mix as they are a much stronger and heavier wheel than the 1st gen.
