I made a silicon plug too, gives a nice indication on the port shape and makes measuring CSA much easier... manifold wants opening up a little about 3" up from the flange I reckon... seems to close up a bit then open out again at the head before tapering back down.

Danny Wharton/Reich speed.

I limited him on what he could do mainly down to cost. He fitted new guides, ported and recut seats.

Looks good to me.
