I need to get some drilling and tapping done on the oil galleries in my case, not the full flow locations, but the smaller galleries to clean out any debris left over from a mess of an engine.  Is this something you can do at home without any fancy machinery?

That's a great article,  thanks Neil.  Might be cheaper getting it done at a machine shop rather than buying the taps. Time is of the essence though. I'll talk to my machine guy Monday and see if he can do me a favour, otherwise I'll be buying taps and following that article.
