any story on these? The castings resemble Street Eliminators, I wonder how streetable they were?

 These look like the HO heads from a shop that used to be in Stanton, CA,  back in 1990 to 1995 or so,  the rocker box location was moved so the pushrod would be centered in the opening
to prevent them from rubbing on the pushrod tube. So if you want to run bolt on valve covers you have to weld up the oem mounting hole on the valve cover and re drill it
so the valve cover seals against the head.  they were a real nice head for porting

I believe the heads were made by JC Performance, my Neighbor Brad used to work there.
