I'm currently waiting on my case to come back from being machined. So far I have a pauter 84 crank, 94 je pistons, cb ultra mag heads 44x37.5 polished exhaust ports and chambers, cb light lifters,  5.5 cb h- beam rods,  matched intakes to dual 48 idf , compression is going to be 10.5:1. Question is which cam would work best for this set up and I plan to run nitrous. I don't have valvetrain as I don't know which cam to get. I also have 4.12 3.78/2.25/1.58/1.14 gear set up and won't see much street use due to gearing. Cars fairly light as its stripped down and has fiber glass fenders. Goal is to get it in 11s with nitrous and 12s all motor

I run the 86C in my 2276 and its definetely a screamer. Make sure that you choose lifters that are compatible though - CB Ultralight in mine with 1:4 rockers. The FK89 might be another possibility but I couldn't comment on the others you list.

I run a FK87 in my wedge port headed 2276cc. 11.8 second et all motor. My car weighs 640kg without me.
Can't comment on other cams in your list but I love the FK87.

Seems like those are the 2 most common cams. More so on the 86c

I run a 86c around 10.5 comp and 1,5 pauters , and i am really happy with it even on the street , i don't have much experience with the other so can tell the difference....

Love nitrous and don't run anything else but wizards of nos components and you can make all the safe and reliable power you want.
But that's a whole other topic .

I don't think you have the gearing for a fk87 or 89 but a fk10 or a web 86c would work.

I have run multiple cams for nitrous use ,and my favorite web cam camshaft for street /strip/nitrous is the 86c on 108 lobe  .works great with nitrous .
For a Engle camshaft I would use a fk89 over the fk87 depending on weight ,gearing and rpm then a fk10 .never gained anything with the newer 40 series cams and nitrous.
 Min. 10.5 to 11:1 compression .
Split duration and wider lobe did not work for me either but maybe needed more time to dial them in.

There are 2 way to go with nitrous .
-Make as much power as you can N/A and top up with nitrous .
-Or a nitrous only motor .
The first on a flat 4 vw is the correct way to go.
