I am selling the engine in my Beetle. The engine is still in the car and potential buyers are welcome to come and try before you buy. The car is near Exeter, Devon. Make sure you have the correct insurance in place.

9.5-1 compression
Cam is a webcam 86c with straight cut gears
lightened flywheel
heads are dual valve spring 044 heads
Twin weber 48mm IDFs
Bhp would be a estimate around about 135-140
Engine was refreshed by Alan Woodward of GAC Motorsport this year  with all new bearings and new cam.
External oil filter and oil cooler
Breather bar
Powder coated tin ware
Thunder bird twin quite pack exhaust
