I'm looking for the torque spec for the nuts that hold the wheel halves together and the same spec for the lugs.

Thanks

Rick, I don't know the answer but I'm pretty sure there's a topic about this already on here. I had a set of 8-spokes that I was keeping for a rainy day (now sold to pay for a vet's bill for a cat!) which is why it sticks in my mind.

Hey Rick . . . somewhere I have an instruction sheet that was included with my 5-spokes . . . it is generic and has info for several of the two-piece wheels.
If ya want, I can try to find it and tell ya what it says . . .

Cool! Let me know. Hey, any chance of you making it down here for the DKK 40th Aniversary at the end of the month?
We'd love to see you!

According to the EMPI instruction sheet . . .
"Tighten lock nuts to . . . 15 to 20 foot pounds for 4 lug VW wheel"

As for the anniversary . . . If I can make it, I would love to be there!
