Is there anyone in the U.K. that can cut an Ali case for type 4 mains and flange crank?

I would ony bore the sealing for the flywheel and use adapter bearings for the crank

Hello Lee,

You need the BMW bearings ,engine bearings needs to be machined (narrower) and setup for the thrust,either on the middle saddle or the flywheelside.
you can also do the mod for the thrust on bearing number 3,but this is more complex  as you need to machine the straight cut gear for this.(Also i've done it on 3 cases in the past,and i always worried a bit about the "flex" in the crank",but i was surprised how well the bearings looked when i took the very first setup apart years later...)

Only a few people in Europe are capable of doing these kind of setups.

I can do either setup,or you can contact Udo Becker in Germany,he's doing a neath setup too with the BMW bearings,or JPM in sweden he's also capable of doing this conversions.
In the UK i guess only Pete Englezos is performing this kind of modifications,also Richie Webb may have some contacts but others may chime in on this .

Danny @ Reichspeed can do it, he did my rear thrust conversion etc, look on the FB page if you have it.
