As I said in the original thread, I'm not normally a fan of trikes but there's something about this one that looks right. It must be insane with that motor though! It's got to be what, 200bhp?

How’d the chamber flame ports work out? Notice short shifts pull any kind of hill or headwind?  Wink

Somewhere around 200.

Dont know really....changed to much stuff at one time.
I can chug it....but it is computer controlled.

I had some surprise mid gear wheelies at first. Some of the violent "come onto the cam" has been tuned out of it.

I worked on the anti reversion can headers this weekend. Made a HUGE difference. No longer soft and blubbery off the cam...
No off the cam anymore. Hard hard on from just above idle to 7500.

I love this trike man!
What did you do to the headers to take out the power dip?

Finished the anti reversion cans on the collectors.

I doubt it made peak any higher. Actually I have trimmed 500 rpm off the top and re tuned since I had it on the dyno. It has gotten a lot more fun getting there even if peak is less.

I think I said it before that I don't like VW trikes (mainly because most British ones seem to be the back half of a Beetlewith some forks welded badly to some angle iron...) but yours is the definite exception to the rule! It looks great with the engine in the right place for the bike, and that metalflake is great. The only change I'd make if it was mine would be wide-5 Centerlines on the back!

The back space is not centered.
Lots of inward offset, fwd style of wheel.
I have wanted other wheels before, but with same backspace.
It is not wide 5 at all.

Yeah, I spotted that, but didn't know exactly what the set up was. Keeps the overall width narrow though! Maybe Fuchs would fit?
