67 sunroof beetle pan w/original plates and body tag

This is a VERY nice pan there is only One very small spot of rust and it’s in the battery tray where my finger is pointing in the picture it is 3 very small holes as pictured. The rust you see is only slight surface Rust that was under the tar boards that I removed to make sure there isn’t any rust under them. I have the title and the original black plates and body tag.

The bad is that there is $600 in back fees according to the DMV
