I am planning to buy my own billet heads at september-october.

I have been in contact with Elmer Racing and i like their quality, good communications and relatively fast turnaround.  Also they have experience on cylinderheads too.  Heads at the pictures are from OTHER company.

https://www.facebook.com/ElmerRacingDotCom/

Only problem is that i would need order atleast 3 pairs of cylinder heads at same time, to get the price for pair under 2300€.  Obviosly 4 pairs is cheaper Smiley They do accept 50% payment before payment. Heads can be paid to them directly with Paypal or Moneytransfer. If you are not EU citizen, i can ship the heads to you

Heads accept up to 54x40 valves with Pauter rockers, because valvecover flange is littlebit different than at stock head.  I can offer either bail or bolt-on billet valvecovers at 295€/pair.

All heads could be made with different configurations. Port sizes have been calculated and ports have very little work to be done after seat installation.

2mm thick coolingfins with 3mm gap look very good.

Ports have good size short side radius and very little porting to be done. At end of this year, heads  at pictures will go the headporter to get finished and for flowbench testing

-94mm bore ports for 48x38 valves

-101.6mm bore ports for 48x38, 50x40 or 54x40 valves

-94mm version has about 50-53cc chambers

-101.6mm version has about 55-58cc chambers

-Larger +65cc chamber can be designed

If i cant get batch of 3 pairs ordered, i will order atleast my pair for higher price at end of the year or so Smiley

Little updates done, ports, fin shape so it fits better with stock cooling tin etc.

I am tempted to order my Type 1 billet heads at next month.

Contact me if interested.

50% deposit required when the order is made, and 50% when the heads are ready.

Delivery time for 2-3 pairs about 2-3 months.
