Some think they look cool  Cool  but on the other hand, they can be a pain in the ass with crap getting into the engine compartment, including leaves, rain and dirt, etc., but with my under decklid turbo pizza oven running at 500 degree F, standoffs are a fact of life.
Luckily Jaison710 in Cali has designed and is producing adjustable hinges now and making them in small batches.
I'm eagerly awaiting my set from him, just in time for cooler weather and the leaves starting to change colour and also falling into my engine compartment.
Check out the gorgeous laser cut steel and beauty welding he does, oh my!

Those look interesting. I just resigned myself to having to change them over every season, but those look good. Let us know how you get on.

Cagero makes something nice for this. A bit spendy, don't know the pricing of Jaison710

Or on Facebook:

I think I paid just over $100 or so.
Check out his video demo!

Since he is no longer making these, my friend has started selling them.
Check out our FB group KC Air-cooled, or email him at rb.serino@yahoo.com
