more questions for my motor ( it doesnt end :)

hi guys, sorry to bother you again!
i posted on shoptalk , but not much answers

another rod clearance question again ...
i plastigaged the rods today and all were 0.045 - 0.050 mm which is about 0.0018 - 0.0020,
is the ok for a hipo motor? or should i go for 0.0025?

and another one:
today i finally measured strech of my 5/16 bolts :
the results are here:
0.140
0.138
0.126
0.131
0.139
0.135
0.140
0.164

all mm
i guess al are fine (borderline) and the last one is too much stretched...

what do you think?
