BTW, you folks who are in clubs like these should realize how lucky you are. Take it from someone who lives out in the boonies of North Florida where a "HVW" means it still runs.  Roll Eyes Man I wish I could be a member of a  club like the DKP, Green Hearts, DAS etc.

I don't have the reunion tape, but I do have the '68 Comeback Special.  That was pretty killer.

...wait, what?

I know Mike Gagen had one too!  We watched it years ago after steak and beers.  Right after the bleeding stopped when we tried to take the end of his finger off between the case and transaxle of his red car.

Jim Ratto had a copy in the early/mid nineties. It's quite boring actually. The old race footage is what I loved about it. Jim borrowed Rick Zavala's copy when they were still an item.   Shocked  Grin

The guy with the beard talking to Dean iin the first pic is photographer Jere Alhadef.  The second pic from left to right is DRF member Allen Sheldon, Arnie, and Matt Joy in the yellow hat.  The last pic shows Don Crane and his kids chasing balloons.  Thanks again for all your help, Fabs!  Wink

magic moment in DKP vid tape, 8mm footage,

Guitar solo in "Aqualung" (Jetrho Tull) hits first long note, and, I think, it was the DDS car, leaves the line HARD at CArlsbad, in what looks like late afternoon sun. Gives me fucking chills

I want to say the Berg's brought that along, but not for sure.  As for the t-shirts, those were a one-off, one time only deal.

Very cool little pedal car, Sarge! I still have the one just like that one that my two sons drove in the early '90s. Haven't seen one of those in years. I should get it out of the attic and put D.K.K. stickers on it.

 Grin

So, when is someone going to host a video showing with that D.K.P. tape? I'll supply the biers.
