Need help to identify this steering I’ve owned a few speedwells but never really had one that wasn’t complete so not sure if this is one can ANYONE HELP ME  PLEASE

but it's not a speedwell  , due to the dsih of the spokes the speedwell was more deep dsih

It could be a formula or a Speedwell. In fact, Speedwell offered all the Formula wood steering wheel range.
