Rear shocks for IRS
«

1954 oval converted to IRS, around 180 HP
Servicing the rear end (been many years!) so taken out the rear trailing arms/shocks/stub axials and was going to replace bushes, bearings etc with genuine VW parts - still looking for a supplier?! Car is standard height at the rear, dropped at the front (not narrowed)
What’s a good shock for rear IRS setup on standard height? mine are shot!
Thanks

I like the Koni 80-2149, oil filled, adjustable rebound and not too firm. Around $100 US
I have also used Bilstein gas but they were quite harsh, good on the track but not on the street
