Head/cyl cooling

[ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ] Regarding Reid vapor pressure and distillation temps. Which properties will cool heads/cyl’s best?
I have a choice of 10 Sunoco fuels and 4 Trick fuels, available locally by the gallon. The engine was jetted
For VP C12, which ran perfect albeit hot. Some will recall I used E85, ran great till I moved to the PNW.
I’m thinking a rvp of 5 would phase change in the upper cyl, rather than the manifold/head.
Your thoughts?
Sorry for the inverted snaps
