I have a 59 Bug that will be running 12v, it has the original headlights and bulb holders. Does anyone know of anyone who stocks uprated/brighter bulbs or LED's. No point going fast if you cant see where your going.

I use www.Superbrightleds.com. I trust their products to be the best available at the time. See what they have.

Headlights are tricky due to the different ways they focus the beam. LED bulbs have a different pattern compared to incandescent and some bulbs work better in some applications compared to others.

People have commented at my car’s easily seen brake and tail lights.
I haven’t tried LEDs on an early car headlight but I’d like to know what works.
