Meanwhile somewhere in the Austrian mountains..... where most of the Austrians are "jodeling" or skiing or properly both...
we are waiting for race season.... and meanwhile racing the season....

The car is a 1303S Super Beetle... to give it a unique race look it is painted as a "Gelb Schwarzer Renner" (I hope I spelled it right  Grin)
The engine is a of the shelve 2276 work horse.... gearbox is a Tipe1 IRS close ratio....

Hey Marc....

yep for sure.... the car is WBX base 4 inch.... 103mm bore by 84mm stroke... Autocraft heads   282hp@7000RPM.... the gearbox is 6 speed Hewland paddle shift.... the throttle bodies are dual 55mm driver by wire for plipping for downshifts....
