Updated removing everything that’s no longer available and will consider offers on more items (those marked).. Body now free if you collect.

I've been collecting parts for a race/ fast road car build for over 10 years and am now selling everything. All dry stored as I got them and I looked for the best that was available.

Just sold a narrowed, adjustable beam, CB dropped spindles and a Neal front disc kit.

I'll list the parts as I dig them out of my garage and get pictures and will send them to anyone interested rather than fill this thread up with them.

All parts located near Witney West Oxfordshire but I also work in Daventry so could possibly get them there for collection. If there is a price against the part then it is still available

Omex 600 ECU and generic wiring loom with appropriate connectors. Was sold to me as only used to mock up an installation.- £500

NOS genuine VW Mexican Beetle front bulkhead.- £150

NOS distributor in original box. Understood to be for Porsche 914 2.0L, part number 039905205 A- £200

ISP steering wheel boss. BNIB P/N 310-637-2100. For Pre 59 Beetle- £70

NOS Formula, polished, 3 spoke dished, steering wheel, with vinyl covered rim similar to Speedwell. Was sat on a shelf in Portugal for many years when I bought it so the vinyl is a bit bleached and the foam underneath has perished. Will come with a used, genuine Lucas/ Formula horn push- £200

NOS Genuine VW, Beetle rear cross members (both sides). One black primer and the other grey. To go as a pair- £200

NOS Eagle Performance IRS rear coilover conversion, uniball springplates and chromoly tube rear suspension arms (standard length and width)- £800- Will consider offers.

TRS, black window net and rods (but not the brackets that weld to the cage). Was fitted to my old race car just before I crashed it- £15

BNIB VW Heritage Steering Tie Rod. RHD, Long, 65 on (132415801/F/Bare)- £30

NOS, Spectra Dynamics IRS eurathane bush kit- £40

NOS, Genuine VW transmission tunnel cover (1137015552)- £20

NOS, genuine VW front quarter panels for late Beetle. Both sides and to go as a pair- £600

Ron Lummus chromoly roll cage kit for beetle. Has some surface rust that was there when I got it and has been dry stored since- £750- Will consider offers.

NOS Jazz 5 Gal race fuel tank. 2x AN-8 fuel outlets and measures approx.. 33x33x22cm with a small piece that drops down approx. 5.5cm from the bottom for the outlets- £120- Will consider offers.

Pair of asymmetric beam pattern, early Beetle, sloping headlights. Restored- £400- Will consider offers.

NOS and in original box, Koni adjustable steering damper for balljoint front- £250- Will consider offers.

NOS, genuine VW, red wing beading for Beetle. Just over 7m- £80- Will consider offers.

Set of 4 used, Pauter, 6” aluminium race con-rods with steel bearing caps- £150- Will consider offers.

New in packet Vintage Speed Dehne Digital fuel gauge and bezel for Beetle 58-67- £150

NOS, Feller Services, wide 5, disc brake kit. Originally for swing axle so comes with a couple of thick steel plates for mounting the main Brembo calipers. I was going to use on an IRS set up and for street use so was going to make up my own brackets and also use them to mount the new pair of Willwood parking brake calipers I aquired separately, but that will also come with this kit.- £500- Will consider offers.

Pair of NOS original VW, late Beetle heater channels. These were mocked up onto my build. They come with new closing panels (sorry, can’ remember the brand). I removed the heater tubes by drilling out the spot welds, but still have them and would be happy to weld them back in- £450

Original NOS VW rear boot floor panel. Mocked up on my build so has a few small holes drilled where spot welds would go so I could Cleco pin the panel in place- £250

The original body from my build. Beetle roof and rear quarters. The body has been roof chopped by Bay Area Rods and welded by the previous owner. The welding needs quite a bit of tidying up. Pictures available- Needs to go. I’ll be scrapping it at the end of March if I still have it.- Free if you come and collect.

Ron Lummus Racing, 1.5 Qt, polished ally breather box. Totally brand new/ never fitted- £150

SWF high/low beam switch for Oval era cars. Used condition and without the strap that holds it to the column. Black housing with white end to switch stalk- £80

NOS in original box, SWF indicator switch PN LS200 268. Original instructions included stating for VW Transporter and Kleinbus. Complete with un-used mounting strap. White housing- £170

NOS in original box, SWF, Red Tip indicator switch PN 200 183. Original instructions included. Complete with un-used mounting strap. Ivory housing- £200

Brand new, unused, VW Heritage, Beetle, bullet indicator kit. Complete with the mounts that weld to the wings and both clear and orange lenses- £140- Will consider offers.

Pair of used, genuine VW, Beetle, IRS, rear suspension arm mounting bolts (the big ones that go through into the inner mounting points). Includes the washers that go with them- £20

Set of used, chromolly engine case, head studs from my original race engine. Longest studs measure 27cm end to end. Complete with nuts and washers- £40

Set of BNIB, 94mm long barrels. Bought as spares for my race engine but never used. No idea of the brand as I bought them from a private seller- £150

NOS, complete dash, windscreen and a pillar panel for LHD Beetle (1303 by the looks of the screen shape). I was going to use to repair the inner dash and a pillars of my project- £300

Set of used, chrome, pro stock wheely bars. I think one of the long bars has a very slight bend but it’s that slight I can’t see it with them assembled- £150

Pair of genuine VW, NOS, late Beetle doors. I bought these from VW Heritage as second with slight damage. Right door has a slight dent to the bottom corner, under the hinge and the left door a very, very small dent just below the swage line. I cut the window frames off both to start prepping/ fitting for my roof chopped body. Both frames are included and easily welded back. I also removed the hinge pins as I started machining up quick release pins. Unfortunately I can’t find the originals so they’d need new ones. All other hinge parts come with these- £250 for the pair

Pair of wide, fibreglass rear wings in decent condition. Left one could do with a very little work to 3 of the bolt mount points- £100

Ball joint beetle drum brake assemblies. Includes drums, shoes and internals, back plates, standard spindles, ball joints, top/ bottom ball joint arms and a pair of KYB GR2 shock absorbers- £125

NOS, Bugpack Sway Bar kit for linkpin or balljoint suspension- £100

TRS 5 point harness in black. As new condition. The approval date for FIA is past although TRS used to recertify if you sent the harness to them (don’t know if this is still the case so please check if that’s important to you)- £40

4x 60’s Beetle (I think) switches and early Beetle glovebox catch- 2x headlight, 1x screen washers and 1x other. 3 switches have with Ivory coloured knobs and the other looks like a very light grey. Glovebox catch has great condition chrome- £30

Selection of Beetle gearbox gaskets. Looks like two complete sets and the remains of another- £10

6x Beetle, cork rocker cover gaskets, all new and in original packaging- £10

Sparco Driver race seat and alloy mounting brackets. Great condition except for a couple of small places on the seat base cushion where a mouse has had a nibble. This is a great race car seat as it places you almost on the floor- £80- Will consider offers.

Late Beetle door handle including the black plastic bases and door catches. Chrome is good on the handles, although not show condition- £40

MSD timing control (PN8980). Removed from my race car when I bought it as the original engine was set up to run NOS and I didn’t plan to. Stored ever since- £30

Selection of valve spring height shims. Some from Comp Cams and two, seals packs from Bugpack- £15

4x BNIB track rod ends for late Beetle- £30

Yes but not dug them out yet. Was going to be a circa 1900cc supercharged engine.

Hi, it's by IMI performance. Sorry, I don't know if it's geared, when I bought it from John Maher Racing I just asked for a high torque starter.
I have some pictures if you want to check yourself, just pm me an email address.
