Help with identifying this crank

I was told that this was a 1600 Reground Crank but I think it’s a 1200 crank.  Now I see the# 12 on it but does that mean it’s a 1200 crank and he said it was a stroker  but I am pretty sure it isn’t LoL please help as I do not want to sell it and the information is wrong.
