Cailf DMV only allows the YOM (Year of Manufacture Plates are Limited to the Yellow 56 to 62 Plates ) The Black Plates Came out in 63 and used till Aug,69 The Black Plates Are Not Related to YOM DMV Rules, You can Put them on but it wont be Legal . |
