What is the difference in the 14" and 15" Empi GT steering wheels? Other than the obvious size. I'm hearing there is a possible offset difference and the 14" might be to close to the blinker switch in a bug. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Vish

The spokes look slightly different. I've run both and never noticed any difference in offset.

I believe the original Empi offered the two steering wheels sizes; one for a sedan, and the smaller diameter one for the Imp buggy.

What is the order of parts for the horn button? I believe I have all the correct parts, but the horn stays on when hooked up.

I dont know about this 14" jazz. Ive only seen two sizes, and that's 15" and 16" (measured to the outside of the rim). The spokes are a little different. Maybe Slinger will get off his ass and take a picture of his as he has both styles Grin

I have a 14" GT on my Imp and it's great for leg room etc.

I hate to admit it but Zach is right (God I hate saying that Wink), All of Empi's steering wheels are either 380mm (14.9 in) or 400mm (15.7in). Maybe steering wheels are a special case where rounding down is appropriate, but I, being a man round everything up, way up! Roll Eyes

Here are my wheel the 16" in the Left & 15" on the right.

I now agree with Zach.... It was 380mm and 400mm, not 14" and 15". It wasn't that long ago that these (original) steering wheels were going for $200-250 for the nice ones.
