Good solid wheel there are some cracks on the rim but still solid.you can put a leather wrap or use it as is  The spokes are nice the horn ring chrome is nice , bezel has a crack aswell but still solid …. The steering wheel is complete this is the later Style that does not have the plastic cover on the back of the spokes BUT the plastic strip on the back as pictured for the horn wire.

Actually not even missing the plastic covers in the back. The later models of this wheel came with only the small strip for the horn cord not the big plastic pieces for all spokes.
