This was my first club, Half A Brain Volkswagen Club. We were very much influenced by DKP, but with far lower budgets and not taking thingsseriously at all, hence the grin on the eagles face! Was in HAB from 1995 until it sort of folded when one of the main guys died.  Now i'm a member of BC/DC, Black Country Dub Club (I live in an area called the Black Country, so-called because of the coal mining and industry that sprung up 200 years or so ago)  And of course, Outlaw Flat Four, the best VW drag racing organisation in the UK, if not the world!  |

 I am one of the founding members of this club though we have no dues, officers, etc. I guess I am still sorta a member. However, recently the club has changed/merged with another club and is looking to start accepting water cooled vdubs. I still attend some of the meetings but not sure I really consider myself a member of this new group. I am not interested in a mixed club. --louis |

Here's mine. I am a founding member of Wolfsburg Registry. We have been around since January of 1990 and twice were the host club for the VW Classic. For many years we were the host club for the Phoenix Bug-O-Rama promoted by Rick Mortensen. We also host The Copperstate our own show in Phoenix each year.

Here is the West Coast Aircoolers sticker from 10 years ago. The guy behind that logo Tomi 'Heebah' Asikainen has created lot of nifty artwork over the years, last but not least Friday last week  Here's an old logo combined with newer one from a local show in late 90's, that Porsche-winged decklid had also a logo, but Finnish Volkswagen Association one for obvious reasons..
