Shimming Scat Rockers for use on street eliminator heads!!

Hello all ,
I have just registered for the site and am seeking some advice , I am rebuilding a 2110 t1 and am changing the heads for street eliminators, the rockers i have are scat bolt up ratio rockers. The old heads these were used on were CB 044 Oval ports and they fitted fine. When i fit the rockers on the street eliminators the exhaust rockers do not sit on the valve stems correctly and rockers only contact the half of the stem.
Can anybody tell me if there are shims available to space the rockers further out to fully contact the exhaust stems !! Anybody know how they fit !! alternative solutions!!
Thanks Folks Justin Dawson (u.k)

If the valve spacing is wider than stock (aftermarket castings -> more room between the valves), you can usually make the Scat's fit by just removing the caps on the end of the rockers, flipping them around 180* and reinstalling. This allows the rocker to slide over all the way to the end of the shaft, and should put you right where you need to be. Stack up some shims to take care of the extra space on the inboard side of the rocker, torque 'em down and you are ready to go.

Hi Justin,
I did the same as Steve D when I ran Superflo heads on my first 2276, but i had some larger diameter rocker shafts so I gad to grind out the centre of the shims too! Worked fine tho!
