William Katt America's greatest hero  Cheesy I forgot all about this , Don't think the UK got this , William Katt was epic , some of the gags in this were ace , allot more to him than just Carrie

YES. Used to watch this as a kid and when we all reminisce there is Knight rider. A team etc etc and I say  Greatest American hero and everyone is like "...........what?!?!...."
Guess it was just me then.

You're not alone. I watched those shows as well, plus dukes of Hazzard, Fall Guy, Simon and Simon... The list goes on. None of the reality BS we have now...
