The Copperstate show is on February 17 this year. It is at the same place, the UTI campus in Avondale, which is just west of Phoenix. All the information is on our website: http://www.wrphx.com/ We are trying pre-registration this year and if you will be entering your car in the show I encourage you to send in the form. You will still pay the entry fee the day of the show, but you won't have to go through the hassle of filling out the form. When you go the registration booth, you will be given your voting ballot and your window sticker. If you are viewing the Copperstate page in Firefox you will see the Pre-register for the Car Show letters very faintly. However, if you move the cursor around the little hand icon will come up. Click on it and it will take you to the registration form. We would appreciate your feedback on this as it looks like more car shows are going with electronic pre-registration. Send us any questions or comments by clicking on the Contact Us page. Hope to see you at the show!

I walked up & surprised Frenchy by handing him a DKK Membership Card & asking him if he's ever been in car club! LOL

CLASSIC!!! That's great that you two saw each other, McNew. I haven't seen Frenchy since I was a mechanic at Purnell's German Car Repair in around 1981. GOOD STUFF!

Nobody uses them because they are a pain in the ass to fit under a Bus!!! Bolting up the rear wheels requires the tires to be deflated, camber compensator must be removed, a bottle jack (to push the axle down), 2 people, a lot of fancy language, and about 10 minutes for each side Roll Eyes But I think they were well worth the effort! Smiley Thanks Fabs!!  Grin

Cool car Slingshot!

185/60's front (same height as a 145, but fits the 6" Crestline nice) and 215/65 rear, all the same make/tread. I f#@*ing love this truck, its the sickest looking thing on the road over here Smiley

I agree, that car sits great, and looks purposeful! The only thing you could do to look more sinister is to paint the headlight buckets flat black.
Do you think it will be at Bug In?

Thanks Smiley I think I adjusted the spring plates about 8 times to get it exactly where I wanted  Roll Eyes It has zero camber in the rear, good rake, and decent ground clearance due to the tall tires- it doesnt scrape anywhere. We got alot of compliments on the stance last weekend, made it all worth while Smiley Headlight buckets will be engine turned soon, and it just might make it to Bug-In... If we dont get the motor built for the black car...
