Wow!! The ET ghost has gotten to you!?! These are all "hidden" changes to you mean "vintage" gasser, but what will we see form the outside? Looks like the trans is lifted, are you going for a "pro-stock" look? BTW is that "air condition unit" connected directly to the crankcase? Interesting!

No Pro Stock look!! The trans is raised a little but apart from wheelie bars and maybe a 'chute and the slicks not sticking out past the arches it should look the same from the outside. It might get a bit more signwriting, EMS will get added somewhere
'A/C' pump is connected to crankcase

I'm so pleased to read that, as I don't really get the vintage painted "pro stockers". Has this engine run before with the A/C on? Whats done to prevent it sucking up oil?

Bet it did, seems to be a innovative engine! I have been thinking about loosing the breather hoses from the heads, but you beat me to it it seems. Hope to see it up close this summer but, keep the pics coming!

What is the difference in HP with and without the vacuum pump? And what bits are you going to paint DDS purple...

It made 15hp more with the pump on. There are other advantages, I'm told.

Blimey, that's enough to offset a muffler to keep it street legal!

That's nice! And the slicks not sticking out is even better, i've always wondered how they were not sliced in half by the arches.
Mean looking engine!

If Joes earlier post is anything to go by, then I'm taking an educated guess it's Engine Machine Services!

Joe, if i may ask as a fellow 343 owner, "what, if any, parts are no longer original sheet metal?"
Just the frontend is glassfibre. It's also lost a fair bit of metal as well from the engine bay and the dash is gone

Hopefully out for the first OFF meeting, got two cars to get ready so it will be a busy few months!!
Should get the car back from Websters in a week or so, then get the new cage bits painted, sort new rear wheels and slicks out, gearbox built installed and engine plumbed in. Doesn't sound too much when written down like that!!!
