Hi Lids,
        just been up in the loft and gone through my collection and I've got the following:
01 - Mar, Aug, Sept, Oct, Dec. The June 01 is the 25th Anniversary issue with the section on EMPI in it. Only got 1 copy I'm afraid
02 - Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov.


I've also got the following if you/anybody else is interested.

99 - Aug, Sept, Dec.
00 - Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, (Dec x 2).
01 - Jan, Feb, Apr, May, Jul
02 - Apr, Jun.
