Just wondered if anyone out there might know where I might find some early (sloping) Fiat 850 headlamp rings and lenses, for a little race car project I have on the go. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Peter

Top man Ben, give Ian or I a shout so we can sort out a meet, to pick up the goodies. I understand you had a bit of a spend up as well!

Pete, what has Joe got left over from The Sting? I'm sure he'll have made some contacts if nothing else. Otherwise Pat Macdermid (?) with the blue RLR chassis one that crashed at Fontana a couple of years ago - I think he's on the Cal-look.com forum as FastFiat or something like that. He was being offered all sorts of bits within days of his accident, so he might have a little stash of parts. Smiley

You lot are no help at all! All I wanted was some headlamp rings, now you're all on about the finer points of preferred follicle arrangement, this is a lounge not a salon!

...All I wanted was some headlamp rings...

Is that some kind of partial perm or something?

Being serious, aren't the headlamps the same as the one's on a Miura? Should be pretty easy to just get a couple off of a scrapped one of those or has the local place not got any in at the moment?

Don't worry I've cut a bit of flex of my hair drier and glued it in a circle and rapped it with kitchen foil and stuck it to headlamp bowl so its fine now, but thanks for all your kind support and suggestions.
