Danny, before you button up that body for paint, install a '67 vert mirror assembly in the upper header... I wish I did...

Hmmm, no vents on the dash.... where have I seen that before.

No, I don't think anyone has installed a '67 vert mirror in a '67 sedan, but you should at this point! I have some around if you need one for mock up. Deano

I think Daniel H was the first person I`ve seen to fill the heater vents. I remember discussing doing it to his choptop with him several years ago. I think it really looks good.

Started on carb windows. Made steel rings with threaded holes for 10/32 screws to hold alum detachable doors. First picture is a pattern to locate, Second shot held on with klecos

Now I go around the ID with dividers set at 3/16 and layout for 7/8 holes I drill in corners

Now I cut on the scribe line between holes and grind and file . Then with ring completely held in I hammer the 3/16 flange over ring. If you do not have alot of body hammers , You can use a peice of round bar for corners and just about any hammer for the flats.

Steel ring primed and crush riveted in place, Wish I would have epoxyed the ring and inner fender together also. And finished door.
