Wanted For Parts Hurst,Empi,Bugpack,Trigger Shifter: Looking for A Cheap Shifter to Part Out I Need The Reverse Lock Out Bar and Spring To Repair My Hurst Shifter Anybody have any Beat old Shifters for Parts? Let Me Know Thanks Shubee Parts marked in green is what I am Looking For

That bar has nothing to do with reverse lockout.  It is the 3rd-4th lockout.  The intent was that when you were stuck in snow, you could pull the trigger and row between R and 1st to try to rock the car out.  Holding the trigger up will cause the large lockout washer to hit that plate, preventing you from hitting 3rd gear.
