Ok. I'll break my silence to ask why someone would get a fucking wild hair up their ass over posting too much in an "Off Topic" section of a forum. Did someone forget their Midol this morning? Jesus Christ, if I had something real to post, which I suppose I thought I did- I'd put it in the proper section. You guys are all awesome. I'm bummed out that I don't live down there so I could actually meet up face to face. I'm a swell person, kinda person that would give you the shirt off their back, lend you my car without question if you were in a jam. Perhaps I'm just unclear about some things. Can you only post so much off topic in a day? I don't see much more going on elsewhere. When it does and I have input I know where to shove it. Sorry about being kinda angry but this is the only forum I've EVER been on that isn't overrun with testosterone driven 18 year old boys who post every other week about what their POS is running on the 1/4 mile and the follow up post about how they crashed their shit. I don't like pissing matches for the obvious. Can't win.  I have a pretty good sense of humor about most things but cars are something I care a lot about. It's been my life for the past 7 years, it's been what pays my bills and keeps me employed- and I STILL go to meets every weekend even working around cars non stop. Never lost the love. I like you guys a lot. In fact Ratto knows I have a standing offer to take Amtrak down there the next time he has a party if someone can swing by the station to get me. No way to make a long story shorter at this point. If you don't like it, don't look at it. If you don't like my goofy rants or silly posts- get over it or ban me. The moderator gods do have that power if memory serves. I deleted what I just wrote in this place because it probably would get me banned. I have the tendency to swear like a sailor, I have a wicked temper (I think that's the English/Irish combo). Pfffew. I'm all spent. |
