yes but they will need the right tires and that allways seems to be the difficult part with those rims in my opinion. i really like the porsche caps.

yeah you're right, 145's up front and 165 or 185 (max) for rear. Right?
Did you get the oil pump yet, nicolas?
Thanx, Jim

Why not go all the way and put it back at stock ride height? Either way it would look good.

yeah or the 155 front and 185 at the back. that works also. slightly higher, but more 'right' for that look. i think Dave Rhoads car had chromies (or a different green car. not so sure) that looked good to me. but not all cars look good with them. however you have a blue car and i still believe blue is the best colour for chrome parts. so yes that can work. no pump yet. i think it will be here early next week. or there is a dog sniffing through the package for drugs at the customs.

Thanks everybody. I think it would give the car an entirely different character. Problem I had with the old Mangels I ran in the '80's and '90's was trying to find some that were true. I went through 7 or so trying to get some that were true, and that was out of the box. I always liked the look of the car too with the wheels. With stock bumpers and all, it may just work. We'll see.

I intend to run chromies/no caps on something some day! Do it.
Or pick up a set of the old 356 wheels with alloy rims and steel centers. They only cost as much as most cars...

I have a set of 5.5 chrome 67 wheels, but they are a thousand miles from you and probably need to be replated. They came on a car I cut up a few weeks ago. If you come get them, you can have them.
