(DKK) Who was in Paul Harris' moms back yard in 1977 when this all started

i would say by the time we got around to having the 1st meeting the group consisted of guys from sierra, whittier and cal-hi. Pauls mom let us take over the back yard for that first meeting .We lost paul that year, lost but never forgotten..........Kato has the paul harris award I'm sure he would be happy to share it . i think it pretty much defined us early on, losing a freind that early effected us all, yep we were a bunch of nuckel heads back then but we were a pretty tight bunch of nuckel heads.

And that feeling of tightness continued during the years that I participated in DKK.

I think that's what gives us the ability to pick-up friendships after a 20+ year lapse without missing a beat.

Even when I joined in '79, a lot of that early history was not passed on.

yep kevan........i cant remember who our first Srg@arms was but the nght started out with Mike, Paul and myself as officers. mike and i swapped offices some where along the line its all a little fuzzy after all these years...i would say the meeting  came together because of  Paul & Mike
