Info on '67 Beetles....

Just a couple of questions that have crossed my mind....

1, On an American spec '67, does the hazard light switch (Emergency light) have a pressing in which it sits on the dashboard...? IE similar to the wiper and headlight switch.

and,

2, Was the '67 Beetle available with a cloth interior...? I know the brochure suggests it was but I can't remember ever seeing one.
