I find this Revell-kit several year ago in a shop. It is dated 1975. Did the Hot VWs Mag copied the logo from Revell? Or was Revell first ? Any ideas?

And an interesting one too.

I know Revell are celebrating their 50th anniversary these days, rereleasing a few great kits. No VW's unfortunately, but they got a homepage, so why not ask them or Hot VW's? Someones gotta know what came first, the chicken or the egg?

The magazine California Look logo was designed by Lane Evans. I suspect that Revell copied it, rather than the other way round...
