Just read an official statement from Jerry Cookson that runs Shakey, he said that they will not close in the next 2 years at least, so ignore all the doom and gloom merchants & get out there and enjoy it Smiley

cheers Richie

Good news as the Whirligig wont be ready for a few months, only just in primer. Also the drivers out of action till Oct. So I ran the tow car in the Gamblers and got to semis (Audi A4 tdi) best time 19.63 ,quicker than I thought!!! So if anybody fancies racing for £££s it costs run what you brung fee plus a tenner in the pot, ET rules.

Nice to have some choice for next year then.
13/14th May is also a RWYB at the Pod with racing till 8pm. I can see plenty of track time with both tracks for that weekend if the weather plays ball.

13/14th May, and I have to drive it there, albeit about 22 miles each way Grin
