Something about the black headlight rings & trim just doesn't look right against that paint colour. The rest of the black details look great. I'd shave the side & hood trim and paint the headlight rings body colour Wink

Leave the headlamp rings black in my opinion, ties in nicely with the rest of the trim Smiley

No, I think they are too big, and too "modern" for a cal look bug

Hey Nico,

Check the bead of both tires. I ordered that same exact model and there was an indentation on the bead of one of the tires. The indentation allowed air to escape because the bead was not completely seating on the rim.

Car Looks Great Nico  I like some of the Black Trim but I think I Would go a Different Route I would paint the Headlight rings Body Color so it dosent look like it has two Black Eyes LOL and I would Paint the Body Side and Hood Mouldings Body Color like they do on the Porsches, BMW's & Corvettes I Think that Would Look Good and its not like everyone else has done it!!  just my 2 cents cause I spent the rest!!

I would paint the Headlight rings Body Color

I would do it too. Black rings are looking good but it looks more like a "racing/rally" style than body color rings.
