you can use Google to do currency conversions. Just type something like "20 dollars in pounds" on the search bar and it will give you the conversion. It will convert any of the major currencies in any order.

I thought the Euro was weak against the pound? I work for an Italian company and they've just had to up prices to cover the short fall  Huh

the euro is holding its value, the dollar and pound and falling against it, the dollar more so.  Hence why we are again getting a good exchange rate from £ to $.  but not euro Sad
