This is a GOOD idea, at very least. See you all there. There's only one flaw in said idea; I'm foreseeing that time will be more during daylight hours, such as it were. BE THERE OR EAT HAIR!

I may or may not bring the cape. If I do, it will be without any announcement of any kind.  Grin

That fully rocks!

Green bottles? Hmm... there's an old theory that's been around for many years; the lesser quality biers are bottled in green vessels. I prefer Guinness, Boddington's, Negra Modelo, and Sierra Nevada Porter. My alltime favorite production brew is most of the Chimay catalogue. I'm lucky and get to sample the barley pops at Brewbaker's in Huntington Beach. Couple of other local breweries serve up some stuff that resembles SAE 90wt. gear oil. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, good! Darker the bier, the better.

But I'm an equal opportunist and will drink just about anything 'cept for main(piss)stream U.S. ersazt wannabe stuff. If I wanted a headache, I'd simply grab a hammer outta my toolbox and strike my dome. Crappy and fake bier ingredients = cheap prices = waste of my time.

Carlos and Sarge, whaddya prefer in the way of bier? I'll try to bring some.

Just got off the phone with High Times in Costa Mesa...they have Chimay brew in stock (though it's probably low octane compared to what they serve in Belgium).  What say we try some of that?

Carlos, Negra Modelo it IS. That's what I usually drink mostly. My girlfriend likes it, too.

Sarge, I've heard of High Times. Never been there. Bring on the Chimay! For production stuff... it's the best.
