"Inhale the world", (in memory of MH)

« on: March 26, 2008, 18:17:55 pm »

Hi out there!

I'm in L.A. for a few days now, and I was wondering if there are any happenings, meetings, cruise nights, races or so in the days to come. We'we been in California for some time now and we'we seen lot's of beautiful, amazing stuff, except for the usual IDA's, DDS, EMPI's and so on. So, if there is anyone living out here interested in helping me out on what's happening and what's not, it would be highly appreciated. If not, only grab a burger and show off your own car.

regards
Thomas

Thomas, the Nick's event will happening on Friday and I'm guessing earlier than normal, due to Bug-In taking place on Sunday of the same weekend. Normally, Cruise Night is held on Sundays. So, get there early and enjoy! Feel free to e-mail me if you need directions, a ride, or whatever.

Have fun and enjoy your stay while you're out here. You picked a great few days regarding the weather. It's been rather nice, lately.

Hi guys!

Thanx so much for answering. Stupid me, forgot to say when we're leaving. We're heading over to Florida already on saturday this weekend. I just thought I'd try to spend the last few days out here on tracking down VW-stuff, people, events or anything related to cal-look. I know it's kinda late to start asking questions three days before one leaves the state, but there has been so much stuff going on up until now that I haven't had the chance to get to a computer yet.

Thanx anyways guys!

Regards Thomas

LOL.. Reminds me of talking with our Sushi Chef. I asked him where he was from and he said Tokyo. So I said "Oh the Big City" And he said with a heavy Japanese accent "Tokyo small city... with many people."  Grin

Ya... but only what I'm on our Yacht ... I like them caught then made into sushi while they're still flipping their tails! Can't beat that for freshness! Grin

No we just have a favorite sushi place we like to go to.
